    HALLOWEEN CHARACTER HUNT.  Grab a friend or your family to hunt for spooktacular Halloween characters throughout the Excelsior business district!

• • Find the hidden QR code scan it with the camera on your phone.
  • Take a photo with the character!
  • Post a photo with the character on Instagram.
  • Be sure to tag @exclakemtka and use the hashtag #elmcchalloween to be entered for a chance to win a prize!

• TRICK OR TREAT THE STREET. Start your 2024 Trick O’ Treating early in the Excelsior business district!  Look for 2024 official stop window clings outside of participating businesses.  Check out participating businesses on the passport map and at the bottom of this webpage.
• BUSINESS DECORATING CONTEST. Businesses in Excelsior will be displaying their most thrilling seasonal decor. Judges will visit each participating storefront, and the winner will be announced at noon on Instagram at @exclakemtka.
