Where is Black Gown Gala? 

The gala will be held at Camp Fire Minnesota, 3300 Tanadoona Dr, Excelsior, MN 55331

What should I wear?

The Black Gown Gala is a formal event. You do not have to wear black. For ladies, a formal gown or jumpsuit is encouraged, and for men a suit and tie is appropriate. Of course, we want you to be comfortable and feel great, so any wear appropriate formal wear is encouraged. Have fun and take this opportunity to dress up and feel your best while enjoying a fantastic evening. There are a variety of participating businesses with great clothing options, so be sure to shop local! Where do the funds from the silent auction and event go? 

All funds from the Black Gown Gala go to support The Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 non-profit entity whose mission is to promote the economic well-being of all member businesses as well as to enhance the image of the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Area as a great place to live, work and visit.

Is there food and drink available?

There will be an open wine, beer, and seltzer bar (while supplies last) and food provided by Red Rocket Pizza.

What would I have to pay for?

Any purchases of mixed cocktails or any silent auction winnings.
