Parking Information
Free parking is available to the public in the East Lot behind the buildings on the east side of the 200 block of Water Street. Free parking is also available to the public in the West Parking Ramp at One West Drive.
Free on-street parking along Water Street is also available, but limited to two hours, and vehicle registration is required. Additional parking is available on Second Street between Center Street and Morse Avenue and Third Street between Center Street and Mill Street.
The City of Excelsior event parking rules and regulations will not be in effect for this event; however, we still encourage visitors to review current parking information, rates, maps, and regulations before arriving.
